This month, our team has curated an improved, user-friendly and patient-friendly website. Here on the blog, you will be able to read about new events in our office, specific office hours and dates, stories from our practice, new products and many other happenings. If you surf the website, you can check out our services and devices (on the services tab), read about our dedicated team (on the team tab) and our patient stories (on the patient tab). You will also be able to directly contact us by filling out the form on the contact tab. This is great for getting in contact via email with our office for any questions that you may have, whether they be specific service-based questions or insurance-plan questions.
We are also proud to announce a new aspect to our website: Patient Forms! Once admitted into our system as a patient, you will receive a password that will grant access into the patient forms tab. This is great for minimizing the usual paperwork hassle that normally accompanies any healthcare appointment. By logging into the patient forms, you will be able to complete your appointment paperwork before you come into our office.
Finally, make sure to check out Justin’s incredible journey story on our home page or in our patient stories. Justin is a hardworking, dedicated patient who was born with spina bifida and was limited in his ability to walk. However, like many of our patients, he has made leaps of improvement during his time at Spartan Orthotics and Prosthetics.
